During your initial scheduling call, we’ll ask you a few questions about your dental health to understand how we can best serve you.
02. Fill out your new patient forms ahead of your appointment.
We’ll send you a basic patient packet to fill out and sign electronically before your first appointment. Online forms are more convenient than hardcopies, expediting the check-in process and eliminating the need to hang out in the waiting room.
03. Sit back and relax!
